How to Order
Items can be ordered directly from the website by adding items using the 'add to cart' buttons. Once all your items have been added you can then select 'checkout' to proceed to our secure payment processor and enter the details needed to complete your order. All website prices are in GBP
Order and have delivered straight to your door...
At Glow Maternity & Baby we try to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Dispatch of your order normally takes place within 24 hours making delivery between 2-5 days for UK customers - We try very hard to dispatch orders the same day in the hope you get your order from us the next day
The cost of delivery is just £3.95 for all UK customers, regardless of how may items are in your order.
While we will endeavor to deliver products to you as soon as possible we shall not be liable for any failure to make delivery within the time estimate stated above.
Garments can be delivered to an alternative address to your billing address for your convenience. For example, to your work address or to someone else's address as a gift - you decide.
Returns Policy
At Glow Maternity & Baby we want you to be 100% satisfied every time you shop with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases or have changed your mind then please return your goods unworn and unused within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or FREE exchange - (UK customers only). (7 Days for sale items)
If you are returning goods, it is important that you obtain a "Proof of Postage" certificate from the post office as Glow Maternity & Baby cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. We reccomend you post back your returns by recorded delivery, as we can not be held responsable for lost packages being returned to us.

Cancelled Orders
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel there is a £5.00 admin restocking charge - This does not apply to returns but applies to orders that have been cancelled prior to delivery - You can not cancel an order if it has been sent but of course you can return in the usual way
